BUWATEC designed a specially treatment for fixing material. All bolts, washers and nuts are treated with a special Zinc-Alu finishing to provide the highest level of protection against corossion.

BUWATEC designed a special concrete slab to install quickly the perfect basement. These prefab slabs are pre-formed and are installed to meet the perfect shape and diameter of the BUWAtank.

BUWATEC developed special clamps for support by the fixation of the liner and fiber blanket. These clamps will only be used during installation.

Reinforcement

BUWATEC developed a special panel to strengthen the tank wall for in in/outlet to be constructed into the tank wall. Making a hole in the tank wall for fitting the pipe work weakens the tank. The reinforcement panel stabilise the strength of the tank.

BUWAtank on a concrete basement needs to be fixed. BUWATEC can provide a special designed L-shape corner hooks. Certainly for empty tanks these corner hooks are essential to avoid movements/shaking of the tanks system in case of heavy winds.
